Initial community consultation including the community survey and interactive map 

Based on outcomes from the consultation and network audit and analysis a preliminary active transport network will be developed

The preliminary active transport network will be reviewed and priority routes and works and a plan for implementation of the priority actions

A draft Strategy will be developed for community review and comment

A draft version of the Active Transport Strategy will be developed based on community and stakeholder input.

Community feedback will be sought on the draft Active Transport Strategy.

A final Strategy will be developed including outcomes from the community consultation

Based on received community and stakeholder feedback, the Final Active Transport Strategy will be developed for Council endorsement
