    We strongly encourage feedback from:

    • People with a disability or long-term health condition.

    • Carers, family members, and advocates of people with a disability.

    • Anyone who has an interest in making the City more accessible and inclusive.

    • Voluntary Participation: Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You may skip any question or stop the survey at any time.

    • Confidentiality: All responses will be kept strictly confidential. Your individual answers will be grouped with others, and no personal identifying information will be publicly reported.

    • Anonymity: We do not collect your name, email address, or IP address unless you choose to provide it in an open-text box (e.g., when providing specific contact details for a follow-up).
