Blacktown City Council is helping to revitalise our local communities by building exciting new facilities so our residents can work and play where they live.

We celebrate and acknowledge the Darug people as the First Nations people of this Country. Council is working with leaders and residents in our community to design and build these projects. The projects are all part of our vision for a modern and vibrant Blacktown City.

These community facilities are part of the $273m funding Council received as part of the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) program.

The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre follows strong community demand for arts and cultural facilities. The centre will support greater participation, opportunities for local artists, creative communities and audiences in Blacktown City. This will be a new space for innovation and creation within Blacktown city centre.

We want to better understand the things you love about our existing arts centre and how you will use the new arts centre. Please complete the project survey below to provide your feedback.
