Public notice of proposed classification of land

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, as amended, we give notice of our intention to classify the land listed below as ‘operational land’.

Lots/DP: Lot 108 DP 12443

Address: 23 Newton Road, Blacktown

Purpose: For Public Recreation

We must receive any submission in regard to this matter by 24 July 2025.

How to make a submission

The public notification period will run from Thursday, 26 June to Thursday, 24 July 2025.

Anyone wishing to make comment on this is invited to forward written submissions to us by 5 pm Thursday, 24 July 2025.
