In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, as amended, Council gives notice of its intention to create an easement for drainage purposes.

The public notification period will run from Tuesday 8 July 2025 to Tuesday 5 August 2025.

Anyone wishing to make comment on this is invited to forward written submissions to us by 5.30 pm Tuesday 5 August 2025.
