Proposed classification of Lot 6 in Deposited Plan 135930 as ‘operational land’
In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, as amended, we give notice of our intention to classify the land listed below as ‘operational land’.
Lots/DP:Lot 6 in DP 135930
Address: 43 Newton Road, Blacktown
Purpose: For Public Recreation
We must receive any submission in regard to this matter by 18 July 2025.
How to make a submission
The public notification period will run until Friday 18 July 2025.
Anyone wishing to make comment on this is invited to forward written submissions to us by 5 pm Friday 18 July 2025 .
