Riverstone Town Centre State-led rezoning exhibition

The NSW Government have commenced the public exhibition of a draft plan for the State-led rezoning of the Riverstone Town Centre. The draft plan responds to transport infrastructure matters and flood risk, as well as the need for an upgraded commercial and retail precinct to support the growing population in the North West Growth Area.

The draft rezoning plan and supporting technical studies are available on the NSW Government's Planning Portal: https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/ppr/under-exhibition/riverstone-town-centre

All feedback on the draft rezoning plan is to be made directly to the NSW Government through the Planning Portal.

Landholders will shortly receive a letter from the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure notifying them of the exhibition.

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure will host drop-in sessions for the local community to speak with the State planning team in-person about the draft plan.
