New Seven Hills Portal (Community Resource Hub)

Blacktown City Council is helping to revitalise our local communities by building exciting new facilities so our residents can work and play where they live.

We celebrate and acknowledge the Darug people as the First Nations people of this Country. Council is working with leaders and residents in our community to design and build these projects. The projects are all part of our vision for a modern and vibrant Blacktown City.

These community facilities are part of the $273m funding Council received as part of the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) program.

This brand new Community Hub will provide local residents with library and play spaces, meeting and activity areas, and heat refuge facilities.
