Installation of a new outdoor Splash Pad at Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre
About the works
Blacktown City Council will soon be home to an exciting new splash pad to be built in Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre.
The key parts of the project include:
New outdoor splashpad which will provide a great place for families and children to enjoy, offering a fun and refreshing spot to play.
The existing volleyball court will be relocated as shown
The positioning of splash pad at the present beach volleyball location will reduce the risk of unsupervised children as per our Keep Watch Policy.
This project will be delivered by Blacktown City Council and funded through the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant (WSIG).
The facility aims at improving the amenity of the existing facilities and contributing to overall livability and access to social infrastructure for the community.
