Blacktown City Council has updated its planning documents for the future wellbeing of the City.

We are seeking community feedback on the following draft documents:

• Community strategic plan 2025-2050 - Blacktown City, one community building a brighter future
• Delivery program 2025-2029 and Operational plan 2025/26which also includes:
  1. Works improvement program 2025/26
  2. Goods and services pricing schedule 2025/26.
• Resourcing strategy 2025-2035 which includes:
  1. Long term financial plan 2025-2035
  2. Asset management strategy 2025-2035
  3. Workforce management strategy 2025-2029.
